I have been practicing yoga since 1990 when I was drawn deeply into both Iyengar and Ashtanga. For me yoga has deeply enhanced my acting practice enabling me to become more present and step into 'being' as opposed to 'doing' and has taught me to be in constant process. Over years I have been developing and exploring a safe acting technique which aims to allow the actor to step into process and being and to 'let go'. I am a 350hr certified Yoga Teacher in Prana Yoga – a graceful, flowing practice using breath, asana (both moving and static poses) and meditation to help participants experience a state of relaxation through integration of the mind, body and spirit.  My aim is to allow and provide space for students to practice and experience the many benefits that yoga has to offer, for students to let go, go within and explore.
